I have a passion for helping others lose weight because I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I understand how embarrassing it is to be overweight, how exhausting it is to do simple tasks, how frustrating it is to have favorite clothes that don’t fit, and how difficult it is to lose weight, no matter how badly you want it. I achieved my target weight 2 or 3 times, but over time, the weight always crept back. The last time I achieved my goal, I did so by planning and preparing my meals. I thought that since I invested so much time and effort, I would surely not gain the weight back. I was wrong! I had twin babies, and all of a sudden I had no control over my life anymore. I did not have time, or energy, to either plan or prepare my meals, and all my previous bad habits kicked in as default. The more I would try to get back on track and fail, the more defeated and discouraged I felt. But having a health coach changed that! I’ve learned that there is so much more to losing weight than just knowing what to do. It also requires support and a certain level of convenience, both of which are abundant through this program. I’m excited to be back on my way to a healthy weight and look forward to sharing how easy it can be to be to achieve optimal health!
